Our new home!

Indiana has been home for the past few months, but today we signed (a lot) papers on our beautiful new home and made it official!
Our new address (Don't mind the mountain of dirt - it will go away .... eventually)
This has been a process, but I wouldn't trade it for the world.  The end result is wonderful and well worth it!  And quite honestly, the timing has worked our beautifully.  It was like someone else had a grander plan, than we could ever imagine. ;) Lilly bought our house on January 3rd, as we were unfortunately not able to get it sold.  This allowed us to not have overlapping mortgage payments.  The bank account has been thankful! :)  We are blessed beyond what we deserve on so many levels.
It's official .... keys in hand!
Jared and I with our wonderful realtor Deb
Luckily during the last few months, Jared's mom, Barb (Nana) has been gracious enough to let us live with her.  Kherington and I moved in on September 30, 2012.  Jared was able to join us on December 20th.  My parents, Larry and Penny (Pops and Grandma), have been kind enough to take care of Berlin and Memphis since Labor Day, when we listed our home in PA on the market for sale.  We could not have done this without our parents.  We will be indebted to them forever.  Words will never be able to express our gratitude.

I think I'm in love!
There is still work to be done, as you can see from the picture.  This includes final grading of the lot, flower beds/landscaping, sod/seeding, and irrigation system.  We also believe our garage doors will have to be re-painted as they were finished last night and the temperature was not high enough, but we will wait and see.  Our refrigerator is back ordered and will be delivered next Friday.  ADT is coming to install/activate our security system in the morning.  We are having the inside of the house painted in the morning as well (please say a little prayer that our color choices were wise!)  We will be installing ceiling fans and blinds this weekend, as well as plexiglass to cover the window sills (Berlin nail protection).  The really exciting day will be next Thursday, February 14th, when Stuart's Moving delivers all of our worldly possessions and we really move in!!  Berlin and Memphis will be joining our family again next Friday.

Thank you to everyone for your love and support during this process.  We cannot thank you enough!!
