I have somewhat avoided taking "belly" pictures throughout the pregnancy. For one, I have never really liked pictures of myself. And secondly, I have been getting used to, whether I like it or not, my body is changing. I know this is a good thing simply for at the end, our little bundle of joy will arrive. At my last appointment I had only gained 6.5 lbs so far, although most days it feels like and looks to me a lot more. I figured this was as good of time as any to begin taking pictures, seeing that I only have 16 weeks left! Hard to believe. It has gone so quickly. I cannot wait for our little one to arrive.

Jared and I have had the nursery furniture for a few weeks. We have been really good about not buying things, deciding that we would wait until after the baby showers to see what we needed. Nana Barb hosted a baby shower for Jared and I the weekend before Thanksgiving when we were back in Indiana. Our little one is SO very blessed with such great family and friends. We received so many nice things and we appreciated everything very much. Thank you everyone!! It was really nice to have things to put in the nursery, and almost immediately upon returning to PA, we started decorating the baby's room. It's still a work in progress, but slowly but surely it will be ready for when our little one decides to arrive.
Here are some pictures of the baby's room so far. Like I said before, it's a work in progress, but I figure some are curious!
